I’ve just recently finished a new painting (pictured above) which is called ‘As I Walked Through Paris: Rue Lagrange & Rue Galande‘ which is now for sale. I painted much of this painting a couple of years back but often when I looked at it felt there were some parts of it I would like to change (due to an unexorcisable perfectionism!) and now it is finally how I want it, so can now look at it without wanting to change anything and experience a degree of contentment therein. As suggested by the title, it’s a painting of Paris, not the usual subject matter of Manchester. It is of the junction of the two roads mentioned in the title which is in the 5e arrondissement. It’s larger than my usual works too being 80cmX61cm painted in acrylics on board. Further info, including the price, can be got by contacting me via the contacts page here.
